LiRo-Hill is a 1100-person firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston, Needham, MA and Metro Park, NJ.
Responsibilities - Plan, coordinate and schedule project work tasks for multiple projects
- Monitor and oversee project budgets
- Establish project team(s)
- Administer and oversee survey manpower and activities
- Communicate and build client relationships
Qualifications - Minimum of 5 - 10 years’ experience as a Land Surveyor
- License in New York is required; New Jersey license is preferred
- Proficient in Carlson 2018 with AutoCAD, Civil 3D and GIS
- Superior communication skills
- Ability to examine and interpret civil, architectural and structural drawings
- Ability to examine boundary evidence survey resolutions
- Construction Layout computations and calculations
